Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

This will be our last Superbowl recipe before the big game on Sunday. I apologize since all of my appetizer suggestions have been similar, I guess I've been in the mood for dips lately. To me some of the best recipes are those that are classic, require few ingredients, and very little time or effort. This Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke dip is all of those things. It is also super cheesy and perfect for any football crowd.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach - Thawed
14oz Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
S&P to taste
Pam Spray

Since my slow cooker has different size bowls I chose the smallest 2 QT bowl for this recipe. Turn your slow cooker on High and Spray the bowl with Pam. Put the cream cheese down in the middle. Ring all of the water out of your thawed spinach and place it in the bowl around the cream cheese.
Next, sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses on top. Arrange all of the artichokes in a ring on top of the spinach. Add the garlic, then season with Salt & Pepper. Put the top on and cook for 2 hours. Halfway through the cooking time stir all of the ingredients together. Serve warm with tortilla or pita chips and cut up vegetables.
