I first saw this on pinterest when my daughter Kelly pinned it and then made it. She loved it so I figured I would give it a try. Its super easy and doesn't have a lot of ingredients so it's put together in a few minutes. The recipe is from candcmarriagefactory.com. The leftovers, if there are any, are great on a sandwich.
Ingredients
2-1 lb pork tenderloins
1 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over meat.
Place meat in slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
About 1 hour before the tenderloins are done, combine ingredients for glaze in small saucepan. Heat and stir occasionally until mixture thickens. Before adding the glaze on the tenderloins empty most of the liquid in the slow cooker as it will make the sauce too thin. Brush the roasts with glaze 2 or 3 times during the last hour of cooking. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
Enjoy! Susan
